Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Probably the easiest thing to make, and the easiest to consume! Throw the chicken on the grill, shred and toss in buffalo sauce. Spread a little ranch on a bun and top with brie for an easy party appetizer / dinner!

Buffalo Chicken Sliders

6 chicken breasts
1 bottle Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 packet Ranch seasoning
2 tbs butter

Directions: Preheat your grill to 450 degrees. Place chicken on direct heat for 8-10 minutes. Flip. Grill an additional 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine Franks, Ranch and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir to combine and simmer until combined.. Allow to cool a few minutes and then shred, with your hands! Use gloves. Pour sauce over chicken. Spread a little Ranch dressing on a bun, chicken, and a piece of brie.
