Behind the Scenes at the Kentucky Derby

I am back from a crazy five days in Kentucky. Chef Rick Tramonto and I flew down on the Wednesday before the Derby to cook in The Mansion at Churchill Downs. We spent countless hours discussing menu, product, service and more and it will go down as one of my most memorable culinary experiences ever.
