Rigatoni, Grilled Chicken and Vodka Sauce

I love Sundays. This one in particular is a bit gloomy and I had to clean up backed up sewage, yes disgusting, but that is just an even better excuse to make comfort food. This is an easy, delicious pasta dish - all made from scratch but in no time flat!

Rigatoni
4 chicken breasts
1 28-ounce can of diced tomatoes
1 container cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
3 onces vodka
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 jar tomato and basil sauce
1/4 cup parsley, minced
salt and pepper
1 tbs sugar
1/4 cup parmesan
1/2 cup half and half

Directions: Boil pasta according to package directions and set aside. Grill chicken breasts and shred. Saute garlic, add can and fresh tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper and sugar. Add vodka. Add tomato and basil sauce. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese and cream. Combine pasta with sauce and chicken.
