Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Cinnamon roll smoothies, for when you want to get back on that wagon but just really want a cinnamon roll! Diets are tough, ease back into it after the holidays! That said, it does have a banana and Greek yogurt, giving you protein and a nutrient packed punch!

Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla almond milk
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup old fashioned oats
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 frozen banana, or if using a fresh banana, add 3-4 ice cube

Directions:

  1. Place the almond milk, yogurt, oats, pecans, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and banana in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
