Chicken Soup with Sesame Bread

Are you snowed in? Do you have chicken, broth, some veggies and seasonings? If so - make this slow cooker chicken soup {no noodles} and eat on top of any noodles or rice you want! Why make the soup with egg noddles inside {most recipes call for that} when you can make it sans carb and change up the way you eat it all week! I love it on noodles and acg loves it on rice with sriracha. Stay warm and safe!

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 chicken breasts)
5 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
6 cups chicken broth (3 - 15 oz cans)
1 cup water
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 bay leaves
1 tbs lemon juice
salt and pepper
salsa, parsley, noodles, rice, cheese galore

Directions: Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.
