A delightful bite avocado mousse, king crab and grapefruit cups!
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 cup creme fraiche
1/4 cup sour cream
Kosher salt and pepper
Directions: Combine all ingredients. Place in piping bag. Pipe avocado mousse on the small edible pastry cup (you can purchase these or make them in muffin tins out of cheese!). Add crab and grapefruit on top. Sprinkle chive. Taste for salt, pepper, or throw on some cayenne for a kick!
