This is the easiest most delicious light and fluffy ice cream, and you do not need an ice cream maker! #NationalCoffeeIceCream
2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 tsp espresso
2 tsp vanilla
Directions: Whip cream until you form stiff peaks. Add the rest of the ingredients and whip for two minutes. Freeze in air tight container for 6 hours.
