Biscotti and Baileys

A nice nightcap on a crisp fall evening; dark chocolate dipped biscotti with candied pecans and cranberries and cold Baileys over ice. #NationalBiscottiDay and #NationalCoffeeDay

Candied Pecans
1 pound pecans
1 cup sugar
1 tbl water
1 egg white
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions: To candy pecans whip egg white until frothy. Add pecans to coat. Add sugar, water, salt and red pepper flakes. Pour pecans on to baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for about an hour. Dip store bought biscotti in melting chocolate and top with candied pecans and cranberries. Top with sea salt.
