Butterscotch "Pudding"

Vanilla bean greek yogurt with caramel swirl for #NationalButterscotchDay!

20 caramels
1 tbl butter
1 tbl milk
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

Directions: To make butterscotch; combine caramel, butter and milk in bowl and microwave to melt. Combine 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt with 4 tbl butterscotch sauce and the 1/2 tsp of lemon juice. Garnish with lemon zest.
