Directions: Purchase this. Season 80/20 ground beef with salt, pepper, and minced parsley. Follow the burger press directions to make a perfectly filled Jucy Lucy. I added mozzarella and basil in the middle and topped my burger with a tomato. Alex went traditional cheddar cheese inside with ketchup to top. Either way and any way, when stuffing a burger with cheese, it is hard to go wrong!
