Cherry Peach Pies

Happy #NationalPeachPieDay!

mini pie shells and crust
1 peach, diced
1 cup of cherries, pits removed
1 tbl sugar
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl cornstarch

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Whisky and allow to cook down into a thicker pie filling. Fill the store bought mini pie pan, cover with additional store bought pie crust. Slice a star or x in the center of the pie top to allow air to get in and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until top of pie is golden brown.
