It's #NationalPotatoDay, and I am busy!! Let's get real - it's a Wednesday and I have work to do and sleep to sleep. So instead of slicing up some spuds I baked these crinkle fries, tossed them in truffle oil, parsley, and parmesan and can happily say they are spectacularly simple and satisfying!
Directions: Follow directions on the crinkle fries packaging. When you remove from the oven, drizzle truffle oil, minced parsley, and parmesan on top. Salt and pepper.
