A simple Spumoni terrine to celebrate #NationalSpumoniDay! Three flavors (chocolate, pistachio, and strawberry) come together in a log form, slice, serve and consume as fast as possible to prevent meting! #NationalSpumoniDay
Directions: Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Scoop chocolate ice cream into the pan and spread a layer down on the bottom. Place in freezer for twenty minutes to harden. Then add the pistachio. Place in freezer for 20 minutes to harden. Then repeat with the strawberry ice cream. Freeze for a good hour to make sure it is solid. Remove entire terrine by flipping over the loaf pan onto a board (marble keeps it cold!). Take off the plastic wrap, slice and top with a cherry!
