Shaved Superfood & sriracha Honey Turkey Jerky

Shaved brussels sprouts, kale and cucumber. Cranberries, pumpkin seeds and shaved mozzarella. Add in the honey poppyseed dressing and top with sriracha honey turkey jerky for a lean protein lunch! #thinkjerky

Honey Poppyseed Dressing

1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tbs + 1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbs poppy seeds
1/2 tsp kosher salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions: Combine all ingredients except for oil. While whisking constantly, slowly add the oil until incorporated. Shave Brussels sprouts, cucumber and chop kale. Add cranberries, pumpkin seeds and shaved mozzarella. Mix in poppyseed dressing and top with your Think Jerky Sriracha Honey Turkey Jerky!
